Estimated prep and cook time: 2 Coronas

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups chopped white onions
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1-1/2 lbs. shrimp
2 minced galic cloves
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Lime wedges for garnish

limesWhat to do:
Preheat large skillet on medium heat, dump in the chopped white onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add cumin, chili powder and shrimp- sauté for an additional 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter, salt and hot sauce. Stir until the butter melts. Stir in lime juice and green onions. Garnish with lime wedges. 4 servings (about a cup each) or 2 "Willieboy" servings (about 2 cups each!).
